Memos Library
We issue memos to share updates on federal and state policies, procedures, and regulations with partner agencies and service providers. These memos outline actions that must be taken because of new or revised policies, procedures, and regulations.
This library contains six (6) full calendar years of memos, plus the current year. Memos not available in this library are no longer current and unenforceable.
The Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) issues memos about mental health and substance use services.
The Division of Medicaid Services (DMS) issues Administrator's Memos to provide direction about policies, program administration, funding, and more.
DMS issues Information Memos to communicate information with its partners and providers.
DMS issues Numbered Memos to detail actions that our partners and providers could or should take about the programs they administer.
DMS issues Operations Memos to the consortia about public assistance policies and procedures and how they should be operationalized.
The Division of Public Health (DPH) Bureau of Aging and Disability Resources (BADR) issues memos to update providers and interested parties of important information.

The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) issues memos to provide policies, information, and interpretation of federal and state regulations and guidelines of the programs they regulate.
